My experience at this hotel was outstanding! The staff provided exceptional service, helping us with any needs, even going above and beyond to assist with my husband's tech issue. The rooms were comfortable and modern, boasting beautiful views that truly enhanced our stay. On the flip side, the elevator situation could use some improvement, as we encountered some hiccups during our time there. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its attentive service and lovely accommodations.

Staying at Hotel Talisa was quite a rollercoaster. While the location is appealing and the overall appearance of the hotel is nice, our experience was marred by poor service and dining issues. On the bright side, some staff members did their best to help, and the amenities are solid but could be better managed overall.
Rooms

The rooms were clean and well-decorated, offering a pleasant atmosphere. The mountain view from the balcony was a lovely surprise.
Service

Service was hit-or-miss. While a few staff members were attentive, overall the hotel seemed understaffed and overwhelmed.

I had a mixed experience at Hotel Talisa. While the renovations are beautiful and the accommodations are very comfortable, service issues really detracted from my stay. The ski valet is a major plus, making access to the slopes easy, but the dining experience left much to be desired with long waits and limited options. Overall, there are some great features, but the management needs to address several operational flaws for a true luxury experience.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms are beautifully appointed and feature the finest bedding, providing a comfortable stay. I've enjoyed the layout that includes a separate bedroom and living area, though some areas felt a bit dark.
Service
5.0
The service had its ups and downs; while some staff were attentive, others seemed overwhelmed and less effective. I found the waitstaff in particular lacked the experience expected at this level.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, right next to the slopes with a private chairlift and surrounded by gorgeous mountain scenery. It's also a short drive or shuttle ride to Vail Village, which is very convenient.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a bit disappointing overall, as both breakfast and dinner had long waits and limited selections. The quality was decent, but not what I expected for the price.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities are well-maintained, with the ski valet being especially convenient. However, the dining and service areas could use significant improvement.

I had an incredible time at the hotel, with its spectacular amenities and cozy vibe. The views of the mountains and creek were breathtaking, and I enjoyed the various complimentary activities throughout our stay. However, it was a bit frustrating that my room wasn't cleaned daily, and the dining prices were a bit on the high side.
Rooms

The superior room I stayed in was elegant and well-appointed, featuring a king bed, a spacious bathroom with an over-sized shower, and a view of the mountains and creek. It was clean and comfortable, although I did find it a bit too warm at night.
Service

Service was generally attentive and friendly, though housekeeping could have been more consistent during my stay. There were a couple of instances where my room wasn't cleaned, which was disappointing.
