My experience at this hotel was outstanding! The staff provided exceptional service, helping us with any needs, even going above and beyond to assist with my husband's tech issue. The rooms were comfortable and modern, boasting beautiful views that truly enhanced our stay. On the flip side, the elevator situation could use some improvement, as we encountered some hiccups during our time there. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its attentive service and lovely accommodations.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying the luxurious atmosphere and the beautiful views of the surroundings. The rooms were comfortable and stylishly modern, making my stay quite nice. The service was attentive, especially with the ski valet service, though there were a few hiccups with hot water and elevator wait times. Overall, it was a great experience, minus some minor inconveniences.

Staying at Hotel Talisa was quite a rollercoaster. While the location is appealing and the overall appearance of the hotel is nice, our experience was marred by poor service and dining issues. On the bright side, some staff members did their best to help, and the amenities are solid but could be better managed overall.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were clean and well-decorated, offering a pleasant atmosphere. The mountain view from the balcony was a lovely surprise.
Service
5.0
Service was hit-or-miss. While a few staff members were attentive, overall the hotel seemed understaffed and overwhelmed.
Location
6.0
The location is convenient, with easy access to ski slopes and local attractions. However, the shuttle service was poorly organized and led to frustration.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a disappointment, with long waits for food and staff that seemed ill-prepared for a busy holiday dinner.

The facilities included a pool and hot tub, which were enjoyable, but the overall management of these amenities was lacking during our stay.

I had a mixed experience at Hotel Talisa. While the renovations are beautiful and the accommodations are very comfortable, service issues really detracted from my stay. The ski valet is a major plus, making access to the slopes easy, but the dining experience left much to be desired with long waits and limited options. Overall, there are some great features, but the management needs to address several operational flaws for a true luxury experience.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms are beautifully appointed and feature the finest bedding, providing a comfortable stay. I've enjoyed the layout that includes a separate bedroom and living area, though some areas felt a bit dark.
Service
5.0
The service had its ups and downs; while some staff were attentive, others seemed overwhelmed and less effective. I found the waitstaff in particular lacked the experience expected at this level.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, right next to the slopes with a private chairlift and surrounded by gorgeous mountain scenery. It's also a short drive or shuttle ride to Vail Village, which is very convenient.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a bit disappointing overall, as both breakfast and dinner had long waits and limited selections. The quality was decent, but not what I expected for the price.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities are well-maintained, with the ski valet being especially convenient. However, the dining and service areas could use significant improvement.

I had an incredible time at the hotel, with its spectacular amenities and cozy vibe. The views of the mountains and creek were breathtaking, and I enjoyed the various complimentary activities throughout our stay. However, it was a bit frustrating that my room wasn't cleaned daily, and the dining prices were a bit on the high side.

Rooms
8.0
The superior room I stayed in was elegant and well-appointed, featuring a king bed, a spacious bathroom with an over-sized shower, and a view of the mountains and creek. It was clean and comfortable, although I did find it a bit too warm at night.
Service
7.0
Service was generally attentive and friendly, though housekeeping could have been more consistent during my stay. There were a couple of instances where my room wasn't cleaned, which was disappointing.
Location
9.0
The hotel is nestled in a stunning area surrounded by mountains and a calming creek, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and easy access to ski slopes. The shuttle service to Vail Village was quite convenient too.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was enjoyable overall with delectable food. However, the breakfast prices felt exorbitant for what was offered, which slightly detracted from the experience.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities, including the spa, pool, and hot tubs, were fantastic and provided a great way to unwind after a day of skiing. However, I did encounter one hot tub that was out of service during my visit.
